Do you have financial savings but don’t want to invest in stock, real estate or other “boring” companies like everyone else does? Then, your own company is a great asset!

If you do it properly:

1. A strong idea which is perfectly suited to you, the founder, is the foundation - this way you’ll stick to it even when it gets tough.
2. Then, a sustainable growth strategy automatically derives from the basic idea - at least with me as I think of everything!
3. The best of it is that you don’t necessarily have to be involved as the CEO - if your financial resources, your personality and the form of the founded company allow, you can have employees from the get go 😉

Smart enterprises make money (and people) not fast, but strong! They make business sustainably and flexibly so that they remain in the market for long periods. And they become icons if you add something special to them.

ATTENTION:

I’m not a fan of building up companies only to sell them later for monetary gain. Like I already said, a (smart) company should be a vehicle to transform your life into something outstanding, and that includes so much more than a lot of money.

Most ideas for companies are based on problem solving. That’s sooo lame to me. The more so as you win nothing this way - resolving every negative aspect under the x-axis of a coordinate system (-) makes zero (0). Removing something uncomfortable is only a perceived gain, i.e. relatively positive, not absolutely. So, how do you actually reach the positive area? Simple:

I want something to be MORE BEAUTIFUL and better. Therefore, my creations are always stylish and contain at least a pinch of elegance.

Sustainability soooo much more and more fancy than unshaved armpits, a plastic-free lifestyle and renewable energies!

Diversified systems like biodiversity clearly illustrate that not only are they more beautiful and make more fun, but they also sustain longer in markets because they can react more flexibly to changing conditions.

My companies with their products / services often contain one or two sweet extras which make them more special. It applies to the products & services itself, but also design, marketing or even how the work space or time is designed and managed. Here, it’s all about the creativity of what you combine how.

As a matter of fact, in companies with several employees, human diversity is only natural (for me), too, as it only has advantages. Above all, my favorite colour is colourful (with a hint of glitter).

Diversity automatically makes something more complex. Yes, that’s more demanding, but, like I said, there are so many benefits which help you bloom so much more personally, from a business and society perspective etc. than lethargically working your socks off. The latter may work well in big industries like oil or steel. But even giants don’t live forever as the dinosaurs showed us…

You only have this one life - enjoy it diversified!

And as we currently live in a period of earth’s history of biodiversity where the omnivorous human being needs diversity for its physical and psychic survival, diversified, complex systems are not only more sustainable for the cause but for you personally, too.

Complexity automatically makes something bigger, which comprises at least one of two dimensions:

Physical Size

You need and create (!) more space so that your entities and the relations between them can grow freely and productively. Usually, this includes spatial and timely scope, e.g. size of your building, number of employees or production volumes.

This may look like more work at first glance, but you have more opportunities to reach and move other people like employees, customers or society with advertisement etc. You’ll also have more time for yourself in the end, as your team takes care of the majority of the workload. And guess what this will lead to, too: right, more profit - personally, materialistically, financially etc.

Physical size supports persisting longer in a market because you have more resources (e.g. money, knowledge, manpower, abiotic resources, relationships) and therefore more and stronger leverage.

Psychic Size

You’ll also need and create lots of scope psychically. You have to motivate and manage people - from your self to customers, partners and employees. This not only leaves impressions on you (and others) but also requires human greatness. At the same time, you can also promote being a great person with all the various opportunities of entrepreneurship for you and others (I know that implementing this is yet another question, but as you want to work together with ME, I can almost guarantee that it’ll work).

By the way, entrepreneurial greatness also includes having the balls to set boundaries with a “No” e.g. and therefore, is a great way to develop your personality, too!

Psychic size supports persisting longer in a market because you are and become smarter. You recognize and accept chances and challenges faster and react more flexibly and canny to them which, in turn, creates new opportunities to expand your ventures.

By the way, psychic size also has the strongest external impact: with an attitude like this one (here), you’ll reach people extremely deep and warm 😉

One’s own company is THE medium to unfold your personality because you can be completely yourself here. If you or others have difficulties to reconcile the various facets of your personality, you have all the freedom of the world to unfold them here. Nobody can pigeonhole you if you're your own boss.

That's why self-employment is almost necessary for certain people:

• Don't you fit any box and also don't want to be put into one?
• Do you often feel misunderstood or never really accepted or at home even though you tried over and over?
• Do you feel like you belong nowhere or are even disowned but you don't want to emigrate into the wild or a hippie community?

Then you are a born entrepreneur and HAVE TO become self-employed sooner or later if you don't want to suffer psychic or physical!!!

Your own company is also a mighty tool to develop your (unfolded) personality. Constantly questioning yourself and also reflecting other things/people is vital for your business. The ones who have a higher self-consciousness than those who just do it are smarter entrepreneurs from the get go (which doesn't mean that just doing it doesn't work, but you will then have to soon ask yourself what's the higher purpose, i.a. how sustainable it is, which is a bit outdated in today's day and age, I think).

In this company, it's also possible - and for some even necessary - to show your boss the middle finger without having to fear a written warning or your dismissal. And if you already showed you current boss the middle finger (without successful results), it also indicates that you're better off doing it better yourself.

Most people just float around without having or searching for a meaning in life - independently from their income. Poor souls who completely lived for nothing. But it’s so important to give your undertakings perspective as it gives you orientation, stability, aims and ultimately also fulfils.

Today (as of 2023), the quest for a meaning or purpose of humans and our actions arises more and more often which is a good development. Money alone can’t make you happy.

Having your own company opens up countless, big and various possibilities to (ful) fill your own drive as well as the life of other people with high values and development opportunities. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is TRUE wealth!

Fulfilling yourself dreams (of your childhood and youth) makes incredibly happy!

It just doesn’t feel like work if you do something which you enjoy and do out of conviction every day.

And you will work on less pleasant things so much sooner and more effectively now because you have positive goals awaiting you (the fun activities or a higher meaning). It only works if you’re on the right mission, of course… which is yet another meaningful indicator telling you if this is actually the case 😉

Fulfilling yourself dreams (of your childhood and youth) makes incredibly healthy!

Psyche and body are inseparably intertwined with each other while the body follows our psyche after a certain age.

It strengthens and cleans up ALL areas of your life and therefore your body and soul, too, if work doesn't feel like work anymore, you enjoy every day and nearly every activity, face big challenges thereby and tidy up age-old issues (which you’ll also have to do if it's the right job).

No more headaches, no pyrosis, no depression and especially no cancer. And you will be more motivated than ever to also keep that state! And what's the moral of the story? That you will ultimately also attract a lot of what's doing you well. Which is extremely fulfilling.

The biggest technical advantage of self-employment is the opportunity to shape your everyday completely free. You are the one and only person who constantly decides about your life and you have to tell or even justify your decisions to nobody. If you don't want to work on your business work you just leave it there and work on other projects. If you need an artistic break, you just take it.

I know, it’s not that easy anymore if you reached a certain level and, even as a solo entrepreneur, you do have applications and other obligations which limit your freedom of time and space. However, that doesn't change anything on the principle and the possibilities: nothing else gives you the freedom and flexibility of time and space like being an entrepreneur.

Thematically, there are even more and bigger doors wide open for you!

You can accommodate all your passions, interests, skills, people etc. in the most various facets and combinations here. Focus on only one thing, do them all at the same time or something in between those extremes. Combine arts with science or tech, craft with ballet, sell your own baked cookies out of fairy dust or offer journeys with flying carpets to the stars. Ok, the latter is not yet fully perfected, but at least your phantasy’s limit is not even the sky.

The world is drastically changing currently (2023), and more than ever needs people who come up with refreshing, sustainable and original approaches which wipe away the dusty old crap!

If you have huge money intense dreams or necessary goals there's no way around your own business. It doesn't matter if these dreams are materialistic or health-associated - if you love to travel, eat, if you want to live in a castle or buy the rain forest so that he doesn't get exploited further by desperate idiots, you can only make, increase or invest unlimited amounts of money with an own company (or more).

I know, there are also executives and managers who make millions a year but this is so rare and also extremely difficult to achieve because you have to play rules along this way which are the absolute opposite of freedom and abhorrent for you, too, my dear reader (at least if you like what you you're reading on this website).

Companies are THE investment of the future. Raw materials on this planet are limited and already exhausted in many areas - which is not going to change as a universe, too, can only produce so much matter.

So, what’s left? Correct, creating something new or better with the means we do have.

Therefore, we don’t need raw materials but clever, ambitious people. In other words, PEOPLE are the investment of the future because they will never decrease (at least as long as mankind exists). Especially as companies are founded and managed by people and also address them (customers, partner etc.).

Intelligent companies or entrepreneurs, respectively, use that (consciously) and develop sustainable structures and processes which make many people happy. They are rewarded with strong profits and stable long-term relationships with customers, partners etc.

You’ll also have more time for yourself as a pleasant bonus as really good companies work well even without an active founder.

In addition, you also have more opportunities to not only do yourself good, but also other people within and beyond your company (see below).

Do you personally often argue about your chef, co-workers or others? Do you suffer from your travel to work, working time, contract conditions etc.? Does it annoy you that you constantly think about money and are not really open or even physically present for your loved ones? What do your loved ones say to that? Do even (still) have loved ones? And does / did this pressure already show in your health by psychic or physical damage? Well, that's the way it can go if you only work for others who dictate your own life.

Yes, you can change your job or your position, but you will always remain the pawn of others or their decisions, respectively. Yeah, I know, there are unions and works committees etc... forget it. If you live in Germany it takes ages until they decide anything and if they do it's mostly insanely stupid. But even if you live somewhere else, you can’t rely on others.

As an entrepreneur, YOU decide when and where you work together with who and how, and are ultimately much more flexible this way. You then can also skip your work-life-balance-bullshit and invest these savings in a TRULY high-quality life.

Do you socially argue about poor working conditions or the corporate world itself? There are hot topics on Linkedin and other media that I’m passionate about, too:

• Disparities (e.g. economically between former West and East Germany - yep, they still do exist)
• Behaviour of executives / management with employees (rewards, involvement etc.)
• Everything about employment (e.g. skills shortage, job application, job interviews)
• Diversity & inclusion (esp. sex, culture, age)
• Women in leading positions
• New-work-idiocy
• and many more

Everyone complains about and appeals to the companies and everyone in the comment section screams "Yeah" but hardly anyone changes hardly anything! That pissed me off so much that it's yet another reason why I decided to simply make it better with actions by creating as many businesses for other people as possible instead of arguing with the yeasaying mass =) =) =)

Another cool thing about founding your own company is that we can also use it to show the corporate world how it's done properly and also be able to improve a lot for society 😉

Your good work will get around and is the best promotion you can make. And if you show yourself publicly, you are able to improve people's awareness, in addition. Which motivates even more people to support and carry out your work (ethics) either directly (employees, partner etc.) or indirectly (implementing your attitude, tools etc. into their own business).

The elements, structures and processes you have in your own company also effects other market actors and their flows (money, goods, knowledge etc.). If you use that consciously, you systematically shape the business and personal-social landscape.

Build networks with other companies or organizations and bundle your powers to even put pressure on politicians. You can buy and transform businesses and have even more and stronger chances to sustainably influence the perception of people. As you can imagine, economy is more powerful than politics - that's why so many politicians flirt with or restrain entrepreneurs.

These topics are strongly associated with business consulting and cater more towards people who already have entrepreneurial experience or build up networks. Companies have a big impact on our society which they can use to consciously and systematically shape society’s landscape. Offer parts of our society a constructive environment INTERNALLY and create good things with them EXTERNALLY. The more people follow this movement - which also includes happy, appreciative, committed and consciously working employees and customers - the better.

Ideally, this creates a healthy social ecosystem of individuals and areas which are self-sufficient without any harmful bullshit.

There already are companies with an outstanding reputation today, for which people would fight to work at because they do great things for people and nature. They are just not enough yet in order to get our world clean. You can clearly see and feel daily how to damage it. It's time to make it better.

Germany's bureaucracy jungle appears as impenetrable as one or the other true rain forest for many people. Understandably so when you nearly have to make a tax expert education in order to become self-employed at all, let alone founding a company. It might not be as uninviting in your country and it certainly is doable here, too.

However, if you have the perfectly fitting idea for you, you will face even the biggest obstacles. In addition, we take our time in order to prepare yourself and you also benefit from my own experience. In the end it’s not thaaaaat difficult.

You need equipment in any job. Tools and materials. Depending on what you do and who you are you need or want a more or less comprehensive, complex or high-quality tool collection. Hrr Hrr Hrr. The question is what you already own, which acquisitions makes sense or fun and when and how you pay for all of that. There are many financing options but basically, you can mostly start and achieve a lot with very little.

For those of you who - like me - am a bit more materialistic the challenge could probably be to NOT initially start with the best tools or your complete system which you thoroughly worked out on your pc for months or more. Fortunately, you have someone on your side who made these exact experiences and knows all too well how to support you dealing with these conflicts while developing your tool system =)

We might not reinvent the wheel (albeit, that's indeed my biggest strength), but that's ok as it matters much more how it feels for YOU and how it FEELS for you - if you have worked in an office for decades and have never worked artistically although there's something huge lying inside of you, having an average job as a craftsman can be the ultimate deliverance.

And the issue with phantasy is relative, too:

I always use to say that EVERY person is creative - the question is HOW. Most “unimaginative” people just don’t know yet (!) in which areas or form they shine because, up until now, they lived under circumstances which don’t foster creativity. Therefore, a lack of phantasy is not a question of being, but AWARENESS - which you can develop 😉

The biggest obstacle of founding a company is our self. Mostly. Most of us approach self-employment either not at all or extremely handicapped. Its causes and expressions are diverse, are rooted in our childhood and youth and can be put into one phrase:

Unhealthy self-doubts.

Note the term “unhealthy” which is crucial here as it not only includes strong self-doubt which hold us back from approaching good things but also extreme self-confidence which leads to self-overestimation: If you are so convinced of yourself that you don’t doubt (yourself) at all and approach everything and everybody without even thinking about it, you will sooner or later fall terribly hard onto your nose.

Doubt and fear, respectively, are important for our survival. They sensitize, awaken, make us attentive and foster appreciation in and for life.

As always, the dose makes the poison which we will intensely explore and transform into something good.

As a rough reference one can say that those who doubt stronger on themselves may need longer in order to start or finish something at all, but if they do, the results will be extremely good. While those who ponder less about something get to the point a lot faster but don't have the depth and thoroughness.

Both have its advantages and disadvantages, so it's all about finding and forming your very own way =)

Both parties have to deal with intense work on their personality because it's as challenging for extremely confident people having to step back a notch and question themselves more as it challenges strong doubters to just do it and accept that they are so much better than they think.

With the right self-consciousness about your inner and outer conflicts, you can cope with strong or weak self-doubt a lot better and ultimately shape your entrepreneurial development much more successfully.

As stated, the reasons for the facts that either you didn’t approach self-employment or your previous attempts failed lie in your family history - even if you feel like they always supported you. It doesn’t matter if you’re aware of that or not (both - awareness and unawareness - has its advantages).

What’s important is that you should be aware that founding a company will always activate the daemons of your past. ALWAYS. By the way, this is one of the major reasons why company formations often fail - most people just underestimate how much psychic work it involves (self-secure people have a distinct advantage here - their drawbacks usually come up in their later undertakings).

That’s why it’s important and extremely valuable to have a strong partner who not only competently supports you in regards to entrepreneurial issues but also psychologically.

Finally, it’s a huge chance to clear old, unresolved crap and reach true freedom and fulfilment (see individual benefits). In the end, everything balances out: if it gets uncomfortable, the good is pretty near as well. The question is how you deal with it.

Big business changes lead to strong changes of your private life more often than not.

For one, it simply has technical consequences: being self-employed also includes that your self is constantly working on something and therefore has less time to do other things as intensely as you previously did. Especially when your job is so much fun that you can’t get enough of playing with your new “toy” every free minute (which WILL happen, I can tell your that, as I always cater towards your passions).

Most importantly, this change can have unpleasant personal consequences: experiencing envy or resentment from people who are close to you and talk out, small or bad your dreams is hard. Processing this is even more strenuous. And there’s no way around if you don’t want to get cancer.

Where we are back again at our past as well as the positive aspect of founding companies which forces us to free ourselves from the bad old stuff which only harms us: You’ll face even the biggest daemons with the right company - those from your original or even your own family, your circle of friends or alleged confidants. But this time, you’ll come up with a new motivation (attitude + power) which you derived from your company (and our collaboration). Yes, it can hurt badly but at least you separate the wheat from the chaff this way which leads to a drastically improved quality of your life.

All the more so since you build up new, healthy environment for you at the same time - but with really good people this time.

And if you come from an appreciative, supportive environment, your life quality will still improve as you, too, have your issues which you will now “have to” face.

Motivation and a good structure are THE dominant factors which bring your clear ideas and concepts to life.

A good structure should be based on your individual personality and can be developed quite easily. One can already achieve a lot by careful considerations in advance (experiences, penchants, thought and emotional patterns etc.), fine-tune that by experimenting and adjust it if necessary during the process.

Motivating yourself at all and constantly is a completely different ballpark, of course, and not always that easy. No matter if you're awaiting immense fortune which you haven't got to know previously or if something unpleasant is the best for you - the right company is going to challenge you! We’ll examine your specific case in order to determine how that looks like and what you can do with it. Up until then, so much has already happened (with me) that you are well prepared.

Generally, you do NOT let go of your perfectly fitting business baby and work harder on yourself than ever before (with which you have another amazing indicator if you have actually found or chosen the right appointment).

By the interplay of positive and negative you have the chance to free yourself from old issues which are bad for you and ultimately establish a clean psyche by building up your company. And your body will follow - and THIS, ladies and gentlemen, is how you generate health from inside out!

At the same time, you will not only make uplifting experiences but also get to know new, completely different peoplewho are good for you - probably even those who you have always dreamt of but never reached.

And motivational issues like "procrastination" etc. are no longer a problem with the right company as, on one side, you enjoy your work much more and, on the other side, are cool and free enough to manage everything more flexibly.

In short, you’ll live a more balanced life which can mean that you no longer want or “need” to live on the fast lane (a classic) or that you finally experience excitement (again) which wakes you up, or something in between. In any case, it will have a positive impact on your body & soul and their interaction.

If you think more about money than you would like, the correct founding of a company is the ultimate instrument to put an end to it once and for all!

Either you are making so much money that you are able to also fulfill financially intense dreams or a financially not so potent enterprise fulfills you so much that you are more than fortunate with what you have.

You will definitely reach one of the both with me and will never ever have money issues again!

I already said it and I'll gladly say it again closing our theoretical journey: The (present) perfectly fitting company will supremely fulfill you. You will only win in all areas of your life: Psychic, physically, financially, inter-humanely etc. You will face challenges and transform them into chances which you didn't even knew how to write them.
